- Support and guide clients on their fitness journey, becoming a leader, supporter, and source of inspiration - Organize individual and group trainings, creating an energetic and safe environment - Design personalized training programs that bring real, visible changes in body shape and self-confidence - Ensure adherence to gym rules and proper use of equipment - Maintain ongoing communication with clients to keep their motivation high and support their progress - Provide basic guidance on healthy lifestyle habits to help clients achieve sustainable and healthy development

- Coaching experience and/or relevant education is important - Strong communication skills and the ability to inspire people and work effectively in a team - Open, positive, and proactive personality - Serious work ethic, responsibility, and a desire to improve every day - Good physical fitness and a genuine passion for training and movement - Knowledge of Russian and/or English is an advantage
