- Build and execute social media strategy through competitive research, platform determination, benchmarking, messaging and audience/buyer persona identification - Create, edit, publish and share daily content (original text, images, video or HTML) - Plan and execute social media campaigns, editorial calendars and syndication schedules, including paid advertising, to increase brand awareness, engagement and website traffic - Monitor client engagement and interact with clients on social media posts and inbound direct messages in order to direct them to the appropriate sales representative - Track and measure the appropriate social data/metrics - Provide and present monthly reporting to supervisor with findings and recommendations - Collaborate with other departments (marketing, sales, operations etc.)

- Positive attitude, strong creative mindset, detail and customer oriented with good multitasking and organizational ability - Proven track record in effectively and successfully executing social media marketing campaigns - Excellent consulting, writing, editing (photo/video/text), presentation and communication skills - In-depth knowledge of various social media platforms (e.g. Facebook, Tik Tok, LinkedIn, Instagram, YouTube, Google), best practices, and analytics tools - Understanding of social media metrics; ability to interpret the results and take action - 2+ years of proven working experience in social media marketing or as a Digital Media Specialist
