Responsibilities
- Handle correspondence and communication with suppliers and partners
- Prepare quotations and fill in daily sales reports
- Coordinate product orders and supply processes
- Respond to messages and publish materials on social media pages; communicate with the marketing agency
- Perform other administrative tasks as assigned by the management
Required Qualifications
- Responsible and well-organized work approach
- Good written and verbal communication skills in English
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and email communication
- Experience in administrative or office work is desirable
