- Analyze validation reports on AI/Machine and Deep Learning models - Identify weaknesses in the models and make recommendations to improve their accuracy and efficiency - Analyze the features used in the models - Make clear and substantiated recommendations to Data Science and ML Engineering teams to improve the models (e.g. use of new features, use of additional sources for data collection) - Make recommendations on generation of experimental models - Make other recommendations aimed at increasing the share of loan approvals through credit models - Present technical (ML) terms and analyses to the business teams clearly - Effectively collaborate with credit risk management, credit model development, product and other involved teams to properly present the business needs and support model development - Perform other role-related functions as established by the internal regulations of the Bank

- University degree in Data Science, Mathematics/Applied Mathematics, Modeling, IT/technical and/or other relevant field - Minimum 1 year of relevant work experience - Knowledge of and hands-on experience with AI/ML models/algorithms (Classification, Clustering, Ensemble Methods, Neural Networks and Deep Learning, Reinforcement learning) - Knowledge of Python language (Pandas, Numpy, TensorFlow, Pytorch, SkLearn) - Knowledge MS Office, MS Power BI, MS SQL - Analytical thinking, advanced skills of working independently and within a team - Commitment to work and strong sense of responsibility - Good command of Armenian, Russian and English
