IT Reporting and BI Division Head

- Manage and mentor the Reporting / BI team (data engineers, analysts, and developers) - Define and maintain the company’s data and reporting strategy in alignment with corporate goals - Oversee the design, development, and optimization of reports, dashboards, and analytical tools - Ensure data quality, consistency, and governance across all BI systems - Collaborate with business units (Finance, Marketing, Operations, etc.) to define KPIs and reporting requirements - Supervise integration between source systems (Billing, CRM, ERP, Network systems, etc.) and BI platforms - Evaluate and implement new BI technologies or tools to improve efficiency - Ensure compliance with data privacy and security standards - Support management with ad-hoc analysis and decision-support data

- Bachelor’s or Master’s in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field - Minimum 7 years in data analytics, BI, or reporting functions - At least 4 years in a managerial or team lead role - Experience in the telecom sector - Strong knowledge of SQL, data modeling, and ETL processes - Experience with BI tools such as Power BI, Sisense, Tableau, or similar platforms - Understanding of data warehouse design and performance tuning - Familiarity with OSS/BSS systems is a major plus - Knowledge of Python or R for data analysis is an advantage - Strong analytical and problem-solving mindset - Excellent communication and presentation skills - Ability to translate business needs into technical requirements - Leadership, mentorship, and cross-functional collaboration skills
