- Craft and execute a forward-thinking marketing strategy aligned with Ameriabank’s business goals and fintech innovation - Lead brand positioning, corporate communications and PR to enhance our local and international reputation - Build and scale a high-impact, data-driven digital marketing engine focused on brand equity growth, customer acquisition and maximizing ROI - Drive strategic alignment across multiple product lines — banking, payments, lending, and digital services — working closely with product and sales teams - Lead, mentor, and grow a high-performing marketing team while managing a substantial budget and agency partnerships

-15+ years in senior marketing leadership roles, including 5+ years as an executive in fintech, banking or high-growth tech - Master’s degree in Marketing, Business or related field - Proven success scaling marketing organizations and delivering measurable business growth - Deep expertise in digital and AI first, Data analytics, performance marketing, brand storytelling and growth strategies - Experience managing large, multidisciplinary teams - Passionate about AI, Data, Innovation, ethical marketing and customer-centric growth - Exceptional leadership, communication and stakeholder management skills - Fluency in Armenian, English, and Russian
