EV Battery Technicians (PV, CV & ESS)

- Perform diagnostics, maintenance and repair on CATL battery systems in PV/CV and ESS applications - Use OEM tools for BMS/BMU/CSC diagnostics, firmware updates, fault tracing and reporting - Execute insulation tests, HVIL checks, equalization procedures, leak/air-tightness checks, and safety verifications - Support pack/module removal & installation, conditioning, and post-service validation - Follow HV safety (LOTO, PPE, SOP) and 5S standards; document work per SLA - Collaborate with engineers and vendors; contribute to continuous improvement and training

- Technical degree in Electrical/Electronics/Mechatronics (or equivalent) - Hands-on experience with LV/DC systems, multimeters, oscilloscopes, CAN tools, or similar - Strong understanding of electrical safety and basic HV concepts - Ability to read wiring diagrams and service manuals in English - Conversational English is an advantage - Experience with EVs, HV systems
