Responsibilities
- Notify internal stakeholders of upcoming tenders анд пrovide the necessary information
- Prepare invitations/applications according to insurance policies
- Draft opinions on insurance companies
- Sum up the tender terms and conditions and the list of participants and submit them to the competent authority for approval
- Announce tenders officially and communicate with insurance companies
- Receive questionnaires, circulate them to stakeholders, review and summarize the filled-out versions
- Collect the necessary data and opinions from involved departments, as per insurance types
- Collect opinions from relevant process owners at the bank regarding commercial, contractual, legal, and financial conditions, as well as risks and reinsurance companies and prepare brief conclusions
- Conduct negotiations with insurance companies
- Submit the ultimate tender results to the competent authority for approval
- Implement the processes of signing, monitoring and managing insurance agreements as well as Implement the processes of amending, extending and terminating agreements
- Maintain a regularly updated database of insurance agreements and policies
- Perform annual planning and finalization of insurance budgets
- Submit recommendations for improvement of insurance processes to the line manager
- Conduct negotiations with insurance companies to secure more favorable conditions for the bank
- Submit insurance claims to insurance companies and monitor the progress thereof
- Coordinate the work done by internal stakeholder departments, insurance companies and experts
- Develop and maintain effective cooperation with insurance companies and internal departments of the bank
- Prepare statistical and analytical reports, as required
Required Qualifications
- University degree in law, finance, economics, business management, risk management, or similar field
- 3-5 years of work experience in the insurance sector
- Fluency in insurance legislation and banking requirements of Armenia
- General legal and practical knowledge of procurement, tender processes, and contract management
- Strong sense of responsibility, advanced negotiation and communication skills, good teamwork skills, enhanced internal customer service culture
- Analytical mindset, ability to take the initiative, effective time management skills, attention to detail and ability to multitask
- Risk awareness and ability to solve problems quickly and effectively, maintain confidentiality and work orderly
- Fluency in Armenian and English, good knowledge of Russian
