CENTRAL BANK OF ARMENIA

- Conduct off-site supervision and on-site inspections of insurance companies and other insurance market participants (including market infrastructures) - Identify risks threatening the stability and continuity of insurance companies and/or the system as a whole, take action and/or submit proposals for their elimination, including, where necessary, initiating the application of enforcement measures against supervised entities - Assess the adequacy of risk management and internal control systems within companies in line with the nature and complexity of their risks - Evaluate the level of corporate governance culture in insurance companies and take supervisory measures to ensure their compliance with existing requirements and international best practices - Contribute to the improvement of the regulatory framework in the field of insurance

- Higher education in economics, business, or related fields - At least 1 year of work experience in the financial sector - Knowledge of insurance-related legislation and regulatory framework - Knowledge of internationally recognized standards on internal control systems - Knowledge of accounting principles - Proficiency in MS Excel - Excellent command of Armenian, good knowledge of English and Russian
