CENTRAL BANK OF ARMENIA

- Develop resolution plans for banks - Prepare processes envisaged in resolution plans for institutions in the early intervention phase - Participate, when necessary, in the resolution process of failing or likely-to-fail financial institutions - Analyze and monitor risky operations carried out by financial institutions subject to resolution, and evaluate the risk mitigation mechanisms implemented by those institutions - Take part in the development of laws and related by-laws concerning the resolution framework of financial institutions

- Higher education in accounting, finance, or economics - At least 2 years of work experience in the financial sector - In-depth knowledge of the operations of financial system participants - Strong knowledge of the legislative and regulatory framework governing financial institutions - Accounting knowledge - Macroeconomic knowledge - Excellent command of Armenian, good knowledge of Russian and English
