CENTRAL BANK OF ARMENIA

- Develop data management principles, procedures, and standards; research international best practices and latest industry developments; prepare recommendations and implementation plans - Develop, implement, and regularly update a centralized metadata registry - Review, analyze, and provide recommendations on data management regulations submitted by other departments - Monitor compliance with implemented principles and organize follow-ups on identified inconsistencies - Maintain a registry of data management issues, conduct monitoring, and provide recommendations to address root causes - Organize and conduct educational and advisory activities on data management for employees of other departments

- Higher education in IT, data science, or economics - At least 1 year of experience as a data engineer or data analyst, or at least 3 years of experience as a statistician or financial analyst - Knowledge of data management frameworks and models (e.g., Data Management Body of Knowledge, Data Management Capability Assessment Model, or similar systems) - Knowledge of Armenian and international legislation in the field of data management and protection - Understanding of data management principles - Familiarity with IT infrastructure and data analysis tools - Ability to work analytically and structurally with data - Excellent command of Armenian, Russian, and English
