- Design seamless customer journey maps across specific products and services - Research users needs, conduct interviews - Simplify solutions and processes for users - Conduct competitive landscape analysis/ comparison - Design campaigns with partners and manage results with them - Design sales strategy, scripts, communication rules and sales tactics - Organize trainings for frontline staff for better sales and journey experience - Develop effective ways to cross-sell through different channels - Manage attrition, design win-back strategy and campaigns
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in Economics, Business Administration, Marketing, Information Technology or a related field - Good knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Power BI) is a must - Strong understanding of the business and industry trends - Knowledge in creating customer journey maps - Ability to simplify solutions and processes and tell the story clearly - Customer-centricity, empathy and ability to understand customer needs and concerns - Experience in a product and/or customer relationship management and related fields - Knowledge in product development and product management - Technically savvy, basic understanding of modern technologies and practical applications Excellent command of Armenian, good command of Russian and English - Creative and an out-of-the box thinker, proactive, who likes to work in a multidisciplinary team in an agile environment - Strong communication and collaboration skills to interact with users, business stakeholders and team members - Strategic mindset, data-driven and strong problem-solving skills - Strong analytical skills and data driven decision making
