Product Manager – Internet & Mobile Banking

- Define and own the product strategy and roadmap for Internet and Mobile Banking solutions for legal entities - Identify customer needs and translate them into product requirements, features, and user stories - Collaborate with business stakeholders, UX/UI designers, and development teams to deliver high-quality digital experiences - Prioritize the product backlog, balancing business value, regulatory needs, and technical constraints - Conduct competitor analysis and bring innovative features to the corporate digital banking market - Act as the main communication bridge between business teams and technical teams

- Higher education in business, economics, IT, or related fields - At least 5–7 years of experience in product management or a related role in fintech/banking - It will be a strong advantage if you have a good understanding of banking products and the specific needs of legal entity (corporate) clients, as well as digital channels (Internet and Mobile Banking) - Proven experience in defining and delivering digital products (web/mobile) - Familiarity with agile methodologies and tools (Jira, Confluence, etc.) - Strong leadership, organizational, and stakeholder management skills - Analytical mindset with the ability to make data-driven decisions - Excellent communication skills in Armenian; good proficiency in Russian and English
