IT Project Manager

- Collaborate with customers - Get acquainted with the offers and wishes of the customers, and present the terms of the provided services - Manage the projects formed as a result of meetings and discussions with the customers - Prepare technical tasks - Regularly work with the customers and the project implementation team - Establish deadlines for work with management and oversee their compliance - Proceed with testing after QA approval - Participate in further support work - Study, become acquainted, and stay informed about the changes in the field of computer technology

- 3+ years of current experience in project management, including application and infrastructure changes (whether exclusively in the IT space) - Experience with managing financial and government projects is a plus - PMP certificate is a plus - Good knowledge of English - Knowledge of various software development life cycles, ranging from agile/scrum to waterfall methodologies - Ability to manage multiple projects - Fundamental understanding of IT systems and architecture - Experience creating Business Requirements, Project Plans, Project Schedules and associated project materials - Experience working with external vendors and internal IT staff - Skilled communicator who can convey ideas concisely and appropriately to different audiences - Excellent presentation as well as verbal and written communication skills - Solid documentation skills, with attention given to detail and accuracy - Excellent client-facing and internal communication skills - Schedule and coordinate the tasks of the highly interdependent deliverables, resources, projects, and initiatives - Status reporting and addressing project questions with the team and leadership - Control time management and monitor progress - Ensure customer satisfaction
