Regulatory compliance specialist

- Monitor and interpret legal and regulatory changes relevant to the Bank’s operations - Conduct legal and regulatory research to support compliance initiatives - Draft compliance opinions and advisory notes - Draft internal legal acts, policies, and procedures to uphold the Bank’s regulatory compliance and integrity - Support the development and implementation of compliance frameworks and internal control systems - Conduct risk assessments and gap analyses to ensure regulatory adherence - Collaborate with internal departments to advise on legal and compliance matters - Prepare internal reports and assist in responses to regulatory inquiries or audits

- higher edication in law - 1–3 years of experience in corporate law, preferably in banking or finance - strong understanding of regulatory systems and compliance risk management - excellent research, analytical, communication, and drafting skills (internal legal acts) - excellent knowledge of English and Russian
