Chief Product Officer (CPO)

- Provide strategic leadership and full P&L ownership for all product lines, including Core Banking (deposits, loans, cards) and Online Channels (web, mobile app, payments, transfers, referral programs, special projects) - Define and drive the overall product vision, strategy, roadmap, and structure for the Product Management organization - Lead innovation and digital transformation efforts across traditional and digital banking products - Oversee the performance and continuous evolution of the full product portfolio to ensure customer value and market leadership - Guide cross-functional collaboration across business, technology, and operations - Represent product strategy and performance to executive and board-level stakeholders - Foster a customer-centric culture and align product goals with the bank’s strategic objectives

- 10+ years of experience in Product Management, including 5+ years in a senior leadership or Head of Product role - Background in banking or FinTech, with expertise in both traditional banking products and digital channels - Proven success in launching and scaling impactful products and managing complex product portfolios - Extensive experience owning P&L for product lines - Demonstrated ability to lead and grow product teams at scale
