Responsibilities
- Act as the main CRM point of contact for partner operators
- Help partners build and launch CRM journeys, retention flows, and automated campaigns (email, SMS, push, in-app)
- Assist in setting up and managing bonus systems, rewards, and gamified campaigns within the platform
- Configure customer segments and event-based triggers using Customer.io
- Onboard new partners by delivering demos, CRM platform walkthroughs, and best practice training
- Create documentation and training materials to educate partner teams on CRM workflows and strategies
- Monitor and report on CRM campaign performance, providing insights and recommendations
- Stay updated on iGaming CRM trends, compliance standards, and innovative retention techniques
- Collaborate with internal teams (Product, Tech, Account Management) to enhance CRM tools and integration efficiency
Required Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of experience as a CRM Manager role in the iGaming industry (B2C or B2B)
- Strong hands-on experience with Customer.io or similar CRM platforms (Braze, Optimove, etc.)
- Deep understanding of CRM automation, player lifecycle management, retention and reactivation strategies
- Experience with segmentation, A/B testing, event-based triggers, and multi-channel campaigns
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to present and train diverse stakeholders
- Ability to manage multiple partner accounts and requests simultaneously
- Analytical mindset with a focus on campaign performance and ROI
- Familiarity with bonus systems and gamification strategies in iGaming is a strong plus
- Fluent in English and Russian (written and verbal)
