Perform ongoing matching of 2 databases and their maintenance - Track company share of market in selected retail outlets, create monthly reports and expand the coverage of the project - Be responsible of pay-for-performance contracts management with retail outlets including their target setting, monthly data tracking and results estimation - Conduct technical work with databases, ensuring data accuracy and reliability - Analyze the efficiency of Trade Programs and complete other analytical tasks as assigned

- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Marketing, or a related field - Proficiency in Excel, including advanced formulas, pivot tables, and basic data visualization techniques - Logical problem-solving skills with the ability to derive solutions based on data analysis - Fluent in English (mandatory); proficiency in Russian is a plus
