Email Marketing & Content Specialist

- Develop and manage segmented email campaigns for: New Prospects, Current Customers, Cold/Inactive Leads - Set up automation flows including: Nurture sequences, Demo follow-ups, Re-engagement, Lifecycle campaigns - Manage A/B testing (subject lines, CTAs, send times) and optimize based on performance metrics (open rate, CTR, conversions) - Write persuasive and content for email campaigns, blogs, and landing pages - Collaborate with sales to produce use-case-specific content - Ensure consistent tone and messaging across the funnel for engineers, designers, and decision-makers - Monitor and report on the performance of all email campaigns - Track and improve metrics like deliverability, engagement, and conversions - Use insights from sales feedback and CRM data to refine messaging

- Excellent command of English (native or near-native level) — this is crucial for the role - At least 2 years of experience in email marketing - Proficiency with email marketing platforms such as Mailchimp, HubSpot, Lemlist, and SendGrid - Strong copywriting and storytelling skills - Ability to craft compelling subject lines, CTAs, and conversion-driven content - Solid understanding of email marketing best practices, including segmentation, A/B testing, and deliverability
