Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing business clients
- Identify and engage potential clients through research, cold outreach, and networking
- Present and demonstrate product/service solutions to potential clients
- Collaborate with internal teams to tailor offerings
- Prepare price lists, sales proposals, and service packages tailored to client needs
- Negotiate contracts and close deals that align with company goals
- Monitor market trends and competitor activity
- Meet and exceed monthly/quarterly sales targets
- Analyze industry trends and contribute ideas for growth strategies in target markets
- Provide regular reports and forecasts to senior management
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
- Proven experience in B2B sales, business development, or account management
- Strong understanding of B2B sales cycles and customer relationship management
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
- Goal-oriented with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets
- Organizational and time management skills
- Proficiency in CRM tools and Microsoft Office
- Good knowledge of Armenian, English and Russian languages
