Reporting Analyst, Premium Banking Direction

- Identifying, researching and analyzing department and customer needs - Produce tailored client reports - Ensure data integrity by validating sources from banking systems, portfolio management systems, CRM tools and etc - Automate and streamline reporting processes - Analysis of portfolios of team and managers, preparation of reports on them, presentation of proposals - Researching premium client packages, preparing reports and presenting recommendations for their development - Implementation of other duties and other instructions of managers defined by internal legal acts

- Analytical mindset - Proficiency in MS, Power Point and data visualization tools/Power Bi and etc/ - Ability to work with big data and automate reporting processes - Excellent attention to detail and ability to present complex data in a clear, client-friendly format - Structural and analytical thinking - Excellent command of Armenian, Russian and English
