- Identification, assessment and monitoring of operational risks inherent to the Bank's business processes - Operational risk management methodology and framework development and management, management principles and standards periodical review and development, best practice implementation - Quantitative and qualitative analysis and assessment of operational risks to determine the likelihood and impact of an identified risk - Proactively analyze various data sources to form an independent assessment/opinion of operational risk. - Operational risk mitigation actions and control set up and monitoring, evaluation of the risk mitigation efficiency - Risks stress scenario development, development, implementation and monitoring of key risk indicators, key control indicators - Operational loss events and operational risk incidents’ database management and analysis - Risk reporting and development of the relevant tools - Other duties related to risk management functions as assigned by the supervisor or according to the Bank’s iInternal acts

- Bachelor’s Degree / Master’s Degree in Business, Finance, Accountancy or other relevant fields - Work experience of 4+ years in the financial services industry in risk and controls assessment - Strong analytical skills and proven ability to develop solutions to complex problems, including those that are analytical, process, and/or data oriented in nature - Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, including ability to negotiate compromise and demonstrate diplomacy in sensitive situations - The individual should be well versed with Operational Risk Frameworks, standards and effective challenge. - Practice and experience of risk assessment methodologies, stress scenario development, risk control and mitigation approaches, analysis techniques, BI reporting - Understanding banking and market products, risk methodologies, practices and procedures. - Strong communication skills in both verbal and written form in Armenian, Russian and English - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Strong analytical and conceptual skills, creative thinking - Commitment to work and high sense of responsibility
