Junior Desk Support Engineer

- MacOS computer setup & support for staff and student computers - Windows 10 and 11 setup & support for staff computers - Google Workspace user administration - Repairing iMacs, Macbooks, or Microsoft-based desktop & laptop computers - Configuration of networking, the operating system and security parameters - Audio-Visual device basic troubleshooting (MIDI keyboards, digital cameras, tablets, projectors, sound, wireless microphones) - Creating and managing users in Microsoft Active Directory (on-premises & Azure)
