- Develop solutions tailored towards supporting very large graph representation - Improve tools' run time to competitive levels - Specify and implement timing features such as coverage, verification, and auto-generation - Improve the user experience through smart guidance tools and context-based help - Secondary Job Responsibilities - Participate to the R&D exploration activities on advanced topics such as OCV, SSTA, IR Drop - Help with the enforcement of Microchip’s Software Development Processes - Own and sustain product features and provide customer support

- BS in CS/EE or related field with 8+ years of relevant experience - Strong knowledge in C++, as well as a deep understanding of algorithms and data structures - Strong analytical skills with exposure to probabilities, statistics, and modeling - Experience with shell scripting languages (Perl, Python, Bash, TCL) - Experience in technically leading and mentoring a small development team - MS in CS/EE - Experience with large data processing - Experience with source code management systems (ClearCase, Git, SVN, Jira) - Familiarity/knowledge/experience with any of the following would be a plus: FPGA architecture, Qt, AI-based applications
