Head of Product Development Unit

- Lead the end-to-end development of new insurance products, from market research and ideation to launch and post-launch analysis - Drive product innovation in line with market trends, regulatory requirements, and customer insights - Evaluate the performance of existing products and implement improvements to enhance competitiveness andprofitability - Collaborate with underwriting, actuarial, risk, compliance, and marketing teams to ensure product viability, compliance, and profitability - Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify opportunities for product innovation - Oversee product lifecycle management from ideation to launch and review - Foster a culture of innovation, continuous improvement, and excellence - Present business cases for new products to senior management and contribute to overall business strategy

- Proven experience (2+ years) in insurance product development or a related field - Experience in financial product development - Strong understanding of insurance products, underwriting principles, and regulatory environment - Track record of successful product launches and lifecycle management - Excellent analytical, leadership, and project management skills - Strategic mindset with a customer-centric approach - Bachelor’s degree in business, insurance, actuarial science, or a related field (Master’s preferred)
