Responsibilities
- Act as the primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders
- Manage the executive calendar, schedule meetings, and coordinate travel
- Prepare reports, presentations, and meeting briefs
- Track follow-ups and ensure deadlines are met
- Handle confidential correspondence and strategic documents
- Support decision-making by organizing information and facilitating communication across departments
- Occasionally assist in investor communications and business development materials
Required Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in executive assistance or related roles
- Fluent in English and Armenian; Russian is a plus
- Proven ability to handle sensitive and confidential matters with discretion
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
- Proficient in digital tools: MS Office, Google Suite, Zoom, Trello or similar platforms
- Experience in working with international stakeholders is a plus
- Proactive, solution-oriented, and detail-focused personality
