Responsibilities
- Lead and supervise a team of call center agents to meet consistently and exceed performance targets
- Oversee daily call center operations to ensure efficiency, quality, and compliance with company standards
- Provide coaching, mentoring, and training to team members to enhance their skills and professional growth
- Design and implement strategies aimed at improving customer satisfaction, service quality, and operational performance
- Manage and resolve escalated customer inquiries and complex issues in a timely and professional manner
- Analyze performance metrics and generate regular reports to identify trends and areas for improvement
- Collaborate with internal teams and department heads to drive cross-functional initiatives and service improvements
- Conduct regular team meetings to communicate updates, align on goals, and foster team engagement
- Identify opportunities for process optimization to improve productivity and customer experience
- Support the recruitment, selection, and onboarding of new call center staff as needed
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Communication, Sales, or a related field
- Minimum of 2 years' experience in a call center environment, with at least 2 years in a supervisory or managerial role
- Proven leadership abilities and strong interpersonal communication skills
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Proficient in call center systems, CRM platforms, and customer service tools
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making capabilities
