- Develop and implement marketing strategies that align with business goals - Lead and mentor the marketing team, fostering a culture of creativity, collaboration, and continuous improvement - Manage marketing campaigns across various channels - Analyze market trends and customer insights to optimize marketing efforts - Oversee brand positioning, messaging, and storytelling to enhance brand visibility - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure consistent branding and marketing initiatives - Monitor campaign performance, track key metrics, and provide data-driven recommendations for improvement - Manage budgets, allocate resources effectively, and ensure maximum ROI on marketing initiatives - Plan and execute event marketing initiatives such as expos, open houses, product launches, and trade shows to enhance brand visibility

- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field. - 5+ years of experience in marketing, with at least 2 years in a leadership role - Strong understanding of digital marketing, SEO, PPC, social media, and content marketing - Proven ability to develop and execute successful marketing campaigns - Excellent leadership, communication, and project management skills - Analytical mindset with experience using marketing analytics tools - Experience in planning and managing marketing events such as expos, open houses, and trade shows - Experience working with CRM, real estate and marketing automation tools is a plus
