Responsibilities
- Develop and execute the overall B2B strategy, aligning it with the company's goals and objectives - Lead and manage the B2B team, providing guidance, support, and coaching to ensure the achievement of sales targets and key performance indicators Identify and explore new business opportunities in the B2B market, conducting market research and analysis to identify potential clients and industries for expansion - Collaborate with marketing and product teams to develop and implement effective B2B marketing campaigns, ensuring alignment with target customers and brand positioning - Build and maintain strong relationships with key B2B clients - Stay updated with industry trends, market dynamics, and competitor activities, providing insights and recommendations to the executive team to enhance the company's B2B offerings - Conduct regular performance reviews, set clear objectives, and develop training programs to enhance the skills and capabilities of the B2B team - Monitor and analyze B2B sales metrics, including revenue, profitability, customer acquisition, and retention, providing periodic reports and forecasts to the executive tea - Collaborate with finance and operations teams to ensure efficient order management, timely delivery, and impeccable customer service in the B2B division
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field - Proven experience in a senior B2B leadership role, with a track record of success in driving revenue growth and achieving sales targets - Strong knowledge and understanding of sales processes, marketing strategies, and market dynamics - Excellent leadership and people management skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate a team - Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships and negotiate with key stakeholders - Analytical mindset with experience in data-driven decision making and insights generation - Ability to think strategically and develop innovative solutions to complex business challenges - Proficient in using CRM software, MS Office and other relevant business tools - Prior experience in the industry is a plus
