Responsibilities
- Act as the primary point of contact for hotel staff using our platform in Germany, ensuring their operational needs are understood and supported
- Gather, analyze, and relay feedback from hotel teams to internal product and development teams
- Provide operational insight during product development to ensure feature alignment with hospitality best practices
- Support incident management and triage operational issues related to the platform
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (development, QA, customer success) to prioritize and resolve hotel-impacting issues
- Ensure cultural and regulatory nuances are considered in the product and service delivery
Required Qualifications
- Higher education
- 1–3 years of experience in a customer support or client-facing role
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English language
- Solid understanding of front office, reservations, or guest service processes
- Strong communication and coordination skills across teams and geographies
- Ability to analyze operational workflows and identify friction points
- Strong organizational skills and comfort with remote collaboration tools
- Knowledge of German language is a plus
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
