- Develop the branch’s activity, business plan and individual targets according to the pre-approved objectives and sales budget - Manage and control the branch’s operations, maintain the Bank’s corporate image within and outside the Branch,follow up on all pending issues as well as on clients’ needs and complaints and take necessary measures accordingly - Ensure strict control on the cost of funds and profitability of the branch in line with the pre-approved budget and objectives - Manage the human resources, communicate individual objectives to branch staff and ensure their achievement through constant coaching and motivation - Create an adequate working environment in the branch for both staff and customers - Be responsible for monitoring the team workload - Integrate new clients and motivate the team

- Bachelors degree in Mangement/Finance/Marketing/Business Administration, MBA will be an asset - At least 2 years of manageing experience - Excellent knowledge of English is highly important - Good knowledge of AS-Bank - Ability to identify, anticipate and respond to customer requirements effectively and profitably - Negotiation and Communication Skills are highly important - Ability to develop and maintain win/win relationships and partnerships - Ability to identify the conditions of each type of credit and extend to the compliant client the right credit - Ability to understand Banking Operations and their respective policies and procedures - Ability to identify the Banks Products and their respective operational process Ability to set action plans and schedule work required to achieve end results and common goals Ability to make sound and practical decisions which are based on thorough analysis and diagnosis Ability to share with prouctive feedbacks with team to avoid any misunderstanding
