- Continuously monitor and ensure the optimal health and performance of the OneTick platform, whether deployed in cloud environments or client data centers - Follow runbooks to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to data delivery and server application - Enhance and improve the monitoring of OneTick and related processes - Perform regular system maintenance and updates to ensure optimal performance - Collaborate with clients and vendors to inform them about critical issues and resolutions - Work closely with internal teams, including development and support, to escalate and resolve complex issues - Assist in the implementation and deployment of new features and enhancements of the deployment

- High Sense of Responsibility: Demonstrates strong accountability and reliability - Night Shift Availability: Ability to work night shifts as required - Educational Background: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field - Knowledge of Linux bash commands and scripting - Basic scripting skills in Python - Proven experience in a technical operations or support role - Experience with monitoring and logging tools (e.g., Splunk, Nagios, Prometheus) is a plus - Familiarity with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure) is advantageous - Excellent problem-solving abilities - Keen attention to detail - Strong verbal and written communication skills - Excellent interpersonal abilities with a focus on customer service - Knowledge of financial markets and trading systems is an advantage
