Pricing and Revenue Manager

- Develop and implement pricing strategies to optimize revenue and occupancy across all properties - Analyze market trends, competitor pricing, and demand forecasts to adjust pricing strategies in real-time - Utilize data analytics tools and revenue management systems to monitor performance and identify revenue optimization opportunities - Collaborate with cross-functional teams including sales, marketing, and operations to align pricing strategies with business objectives - Conduct regular performance reviews and generate reports to track key performance indicators (KPIs) such as RevPAR, ADR, and occupancy rates - Continuously evaluate and refine pricing models to ensure competitiveness and profitability - Stay abreast of industry trends and best practices in revenue management to drive innovation and maintain a competitive edge

- Bachelor's degree in Business, Hospitality Management, Finance, or related field. Advanced degree preferred - Minimum 3 years of experience in pricing, revenue management, or related field within the hospitality industry - Proficiency in data analysis tools and revenue management systems - Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and make data-driven decisions - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams - Proven track record of driving revenue growth and optimizing pricing strategies - Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment - Understanding of distribution channels, online travel agencies (OTAs), and direct booking strategies is preferred - Excellent command of English, both written and verbal, with the ability to articulate ideas clearly and concisely
