Responsibilities
- Generate new leads through various channels, including online research, networking events, and cold calling
- Qualify leads based on their potential to convert into sales opportunities
- Maintain a thorough database of prospective client information and interaction logs
- Collaborate with the sales team to develop and refine lead generation strategies
- Regularly provide insights and feedback to improve campaign effectiveness
Required Qualifications
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in lead generation and sales
- Proven ability to generate high-quality leads and manage a sales funnel
- Fluent in English and Russian
- Highly proactive and capable of working independently
- Strong organizational and analytical skills
