Responsibilities
- Develop and execute sales strategies to meet or exceed sales targets
- Engage with clients to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions
- Maintain and grow relationships with existing customers while actively seeking new opportunities
- Work closely with the marketing team to leverage leads and enhance sales initiatives
- Ensure accurate and timely reporting of sales activity and forecasts
Required Qualifications
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in sales, specifically in lead generation and client management
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets
- Fluent in English and Russian
- Ability to adapt quickly in a dynamic environment
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
