- Do research with deep, high-quality skills - Blockchain development with the implementation of various key features in multiple aspects of the web3 technologies - Write scalable, robust, testable, efficient, and easily maintainable code - Translate software requirements into stable, working, high performance software - Play a key role in architectural and design decisions, build toward an efficient micro services distributed architecture

- Strong knowledge of Go programming language, paradigms, constructs, and idioms - Knowledge of common Go routine and channel patterns - Experience with the full site of Go frameworks and tools, including - Dependency management tools such as Godep, Sltr, etc. - Go’s templating language - Popular Go web frameworks, such as Revel - Ability to write clean and effective Godoc comments - Familiarity with code versioning tools {{such as Git}} - 3 years + experience with the GO lang development - Excellent knowledge of English and Russian since cross communication with various team members will be important
