- proceed customer applications submitted through online systems - implement transactions by fast money transfer systems - implement other online services provided by the Bank - reply to messages sent by clients via online systems - in case of any problems with the online systems contact the customer and quickly fix the - in case of suspicious transactions or rejected ones, contact the customer and provide details about the rejection ability - to navigate and be successful in a fast-paced environment - implement other tasks assigned by the supervisor

- university degree in economics or finance - at least a year's professional experience in the field - excellent command of Armenian banking legislation - good knowledge of AS-Bank 4.0 software program - negotiation and conflict management skills - customer-oriented approach - ability to navigate and be successful in a fast-paced environment - excellent command of Russian and English
