- Develop and implement the company's strategic plan within the region, in line with the overall company objectives - Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including local authorities and regulatory bodies - Ensure compliance with all relevant regulatory requirements within the region - Develop and manage budgets and financial targets for the region, ensuring that revenue and profit targets are met or exceeded - Analyze market trends and competitor activity to identify new opportunities and threats - Develop and implement marketing strategies to increase brand awareness and drive customer acquisition within the region - Work closely with other departments such as Finance, Legal, Marketing, and Product to ensure a cohesive and coordinated approach to business operations - Build strong relationships with third party digital brands to increase brand partnership opportunities - Interpret business and marketing data to assess the effectiveness of campaigns and report back to the business with results and learnings - Demonstrated ability to optimize site and product presentation and promotion to achieve maximum player volume through targeted localization strategies informed by extensive market research and analysis - Ensure that all communication with players is in line with the local requirements - Set specific, measurable, attainable, relevant, and time-bound objectives to achieve a positive return on investment - (ROI) for group campaigns in alignment with business goals. Define key performance indicators (KPIs) to track progress towards achieving the objectives - Manage and lead a team of local managers, providing leadership and guidance in achieving operational goals - Report regularly to senior management on the performance of the region, highlighting any issues or opportunities
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field - Proven experience in managing regional operations within the online gambling industry or related industry with provable success in comparable roles - Understanding of local regulations and compliance requirements within the online gambling industry - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with key stakeholders - Demonstrating a proven track record in strategic planning and project management, with a focus on defining goals, conducting market research, identifying target audiences, and implementing successful marketing strategies - Strong leadership skills and ability to manage team, setting individual objectives through a structured personal development plan - Strong analytical skills, with the ability to analyze market trends, competitor activity and P&L statements - Experience in both digital and offline marketing, with a proven track record in acquiring customers and growing businesses through the delivery of pnaging multiple projects concurrently, leveraging strong project management skills to ensure timely delivery and successful outcomes - Proficiency in English, any other language knowledge is a strong plusrofitable acquisition marketing campaigns with ambitious CPA and ROI targets - Proven track record of effectively ma - Knowledge of Russian or Armenian languages will be an advantage - High level of flexibility and adaptability to maneuver in a very dynamic environment
