Engineering Supervisor

- Oversee the day-to-day maintenance operations to ensure optimal functionality and safety of the hotel premises - Lead and mentor a team of skilled technicians, fostering a collaborative and efficient work environment - Schedule and prioritize tasks, including routine maintenance, repairs, and special projects - Implement innovative strategies to improve operational efficiency and cost-effectiveness - Conduct regular inspections to identify potential issues and address them proactively

- Proven experience in a maintenance or engineering role, preferably in the hospitality industry - Strong leadership and communication skills with the ability to motivate and guide a team - Proficiency in Armenian and English languages - Solid understanding of mechanical systems, HVAC, plumbing, and electrical systems - Technical degree or relevant certification is a plus
