- Collaborate, brainstorm, and strategize with a wide range of digital marketing materials - Develop concepts by hand or with software based on requirements - Translate strategic direction into high-quality design within an established brand identity - Manage the design and delivery process of all project materials, understanding best practices of using a task management system - Stay up-to-date with new design techniques and software - Create a project timeline and meet deadlines - Successfully format and design concepts for new campaign launches as well as ongoing campaign concept updates - Be responsible for the design and execution of all marketing materials and graphic deliverables such as posters, flyers, ads, digital signs, social media graphics, brochures, etc. - Participate in photo shoots to generate creative designs - Create original social media graphics/ photography to ensure a coordinated, unified message and presence across different platforms, which currently include website, Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, Telegram - Work with brand, social, field marketing, and PR counterparts

- Ability to create and execute multiple projects at the same time and turn designs around within a small window of time with minimal errors - High organizational skills and attention to detail - Knowledge of social media design strategy, content trends, and best practices - Advanced knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, and InDesign) - Exceptional interpersonal and communicational skills (verbal/ written) with the ability to interact effectively - Great team player, high level of loyalty and devotion to teamwork - Higher education in the field of Marketing, advertising, PR - High sense of responsibility - Team player
