- Customer service for B2B through phone and written communication - Build and maintain strong relationships with exciting B2B clients - Dealing with problematic customers by efficiently resolving existing requests - Customer-oriented representation of solutions, proposals for improvement - Regular meetings with importing companies - Attracting new customers - Working with the existing client base to increase sales - Personalized service for customers engaged in large-scale import
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration, marketing or a related field - Proven work experience as a B2B specialist or similar role - Fluency in Armenian, Russian and English - Proactive and self motivated individual with a results-oriented mindset - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail - Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment
