Responsibilities
- Oversee the daily operations of the store, ensuring efficient workflows and compliance with company policies and brand standards
- Drive sales performance by achieving store targets, analyzing sales results, and implementing strategies to maximize revenue and profitability
- Lead, motivate, schedule, train, and evaluate the store team while fostering a positive, high-performing work environment
- Deliver an exceptional customer experience by maintaining the highest standards of customer service, ensuring excellent product knowledge within the team, and resolving customer concerns promptly and professionally
- Ensure outstanding visual merchandising, product presentation, store appearance, and the successful execution of seasonal promotions and in-store campaigns
- Monitor inventory levels, stock replenishment, and product availability while collaborating with the Brand Manager and Purchasing team by providing sales insights and customer demand analysis
- Supervise cash handling procedures, minimize inventory and financial losses, and ensure accurate store operations
- Prepare regular reports on sales performance, inventory, team productivity, and key store performance indicators, recommending improvements where needed
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or vocational qualification in Business, Retail Management, or a related field
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in retail, preferably in a supervisory or management role
- Proven leadership and team management skills
- Strong knowledge of retail operations, sales techniques, customer service, and visual merchandising
- Excellent product knowledge and the ability to coach and develop the sales team
- Excellent organizational, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities
- Strong sense of responsibility, initiative, and attention to detail
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other Microsoft Office applications
- Experience working with 1C is preferred. Candidates without prior 1C experience should be willing to learn the system through company-provided training
- Fluency in Armenian; knowledge of English and Russian is an advantage
