QA Engineer

- Design, develop, and execute test plans and test cases to ensure software quality - Perform manual testing of web and mobile applications, identifying and documenting defects - Collaborate with development teams to understand product requirements and define testing strategies - Conduct functional, regression, integration, and exploratory testing - Report, track, and validate defects using issue-tracking tools (JIRA, TestRail, etc.) - Verify bug fixes and ensure software stability before releases - Perform API testing using tools like Postman or SoapUI - Continuously improve QA processes, methodologies, and best practices

- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field - At least 2-5 years of experience in software testing - Experience working in an Agile development environment is an advantage - Experience in functional, regression, and integration testing - Familiarity with Agile/Scrum development methodologies - Strong understanding of software testing concepts, methodologies, and best practices - Experience with bug-tracking and test management tools (JIRA, TestRail, Zephyr) - Familiarity with API testing tools (Postman, SoapUI) - Basic knowledge of SQL for database validation - Understanding of RESTful services and web applications - Ability to write clear and structured test cases based on product requirements - Knowledge of test management tools (TestRail, Zephyr, etc.) and bug-tracking systems (JIRA) - Knowledge of API testing and database validation - Understanding of software development life cycle (SDLC) and quality assurance principles - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen eye for detail
