- undertake customer acquisition - perform active sales - provide consultation regarding the lending processes - receive and analyze loan applications - choose and review collateral - prepare and present relevant reports - track customers' payments

- university degree in economics or finance - at least a year's professional experience as a business and consumer loan officer - excellent command of Armenian banking legislation and lending procedures - good knowledge of AS-Bank 4.0 software program - outstanding communication and customer acquisition skills, advanced skills of sales plan implementation - negotiation and conflict management skills analytical mind - good command of Russian and English languages
