- Translate documents and content from English into Persian (and vice versa) while maintaining accuracy and cultural relevance - Ensure that all translated materials maintain the intended meaning, tone, and style - Review and proofread translations for grammar, spelling, and consistency, ensuring high-quality output - Conduct quality checks on translations to verify that they meet project specifications and adhere to company standards - Perform thorough quality assurance (QA) on completed translations to ensure they are error-free and meet the client’s requirements - Collaborate with translators and other team members to resolve any translation or quality issues - Provide feedback to translation team members to ensure continuous improvement - Maintain and update translation glossaries and style guides - Monitor project timelines and ensure that translations are delivered on schedule - Technical processing of unreadable documents into readable format, including in pre-translation and post translation stages - Carry out other duties assigned by the immediate supervisor, which are in line with the job description and do not contradict the labor code

- Fluency in Persian and English (English-Persian language pair), fluent Armenian is an advantage - Strong knowledge of grammar, syntax, and linguistic structures in both source (English) and target (Persian) languages - At least 2 years of experience in translation and/or quality assurance within the translation industry - Higher education in Translation, Linguistics, or a related field - Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets) - Proficiency in translation tools (e.g., SDL Trados Studio, MemoQ, Wordfast) - Knowledge of quality assurance processes and techniques in translation - Attention to detail and the ability to identify and correct errors in translations - Strong communication skills and the ability to provide constructive feedback to team members - Ability to work under tight deadlines while maintaining high-quality standards - Proficiency in Computer-Assisted Translation (CAT) Tools like SDL Trados Studio, MemoQ, and Wordfast - Familiarity with Quality Assurance (QA) Tools such as Xbench, Verifika, and QA Distiller - Experience with Translation Management Systems (TMS) like Memsource, XTM, or Smartling
