Responsibilities
- Make sure that all small to midsize customers are onboarded and have started using the services (manually or by automating the process)
- Answer non-support-related incoming requests from existing customers
- Make sure that all portfolio customers are aware of EasyDMARC’s services portfolio
- Make sure that portfolio customers receive information about renewals and are renewed (including upsell/cross-sell if possible)
- Find new opportunities for cross-selling and upselling within the portfolio customers constantly
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing or business
- At least two years of experience in sales or a CSM role (preferably with a bit of marketing background)
- Tech background or experience selling IT Solutions is a plus
- Experience with Hubspot, Salesforce, or other CRM is preferred
- Familiarity with standard concepts, practice,s and procedures within the IT Security Field
- Strong verbal and written communication in English
- Good project management skills
- Excellent time management and organization skills
- Superior customer service skills
- Strong collaborative and teamwork skills
- Ability to work with minimal supervision
- Ability to build rapport with customers via phone, email, and video conferencing
