- Data Centers precision air conditioning systems maintenance activities organization, modernization works planning and implementation - HQ and other office areas VRF and multi-zonal air conditioning, as well as ventilation systems maintenance activities organization, modernization works planning and implementation - Sites climate control systems maintenance activities organization, modernization works planning and implementation - Preparation of technical requirements for necessary equipment, systems and materials purchasing processes organization, supplier selection and contracts conclusion - HVAC systems planning and implementation for new office and technological areas such as new Service Centers, new Data Centers, etc.

- Higher education in a related field - At least 3 year of corresponding work experience - Knowledge of construction norms and rules - Basic knowledge of physics and electrical engineering - Work safety rules for the operation of infrastructure systems - Skills for using control and measuring instruments - Language skills (Armenian, Russian and English) - Computer skills (MS Office, AutoCAD, other relative platforms) - Ability to organize and manage multiple assignments within critical deadlines - Effective communication, problem solving, planning and reporting skills - Adaptability/Flexibility - Team work and cooperation
