- Organization of works in the scope of transport and fixed network infrastructure development projects - Organization of transport and fixed network infrastructure maintenance - Organization of purchasing processes related to the transport and fixed network infrastructure - In the frames of the transport and fixed network infrastructure projects, submit monthly /weekly/ or other reports as required on the completed and other tasks - Follow up and ensure the abidance by the requirements of anti-corruption legislation, as well as compliance-related normative documents

- Higher education in the field of telecommunications, engineering or IT - 2 years of experience in planning, construction and maintenance of fixed telecommunications networks - Excellent technical knowledge in planning, construction and maintenance of fixed telecommunications networks, knowledge of GIS software - Work organization skills in the scope of projects - Good knowledge of the Armenian, English and Russian languages - Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office programs - Ability to organize and manage multiple tasks in the shortest possible time frame - Effective communication and sound analytical skills - Effective change management skills
