- Development and implementation of marketing strategy - drawing up an action plan for a month/season/year, monitoring processes - Budgeting and management - planning marketing costs in accordance with the marketing strategy - Assessing the effectiveness of marketing activities, calculating profitability - Competitor analysis, market research - Product development. Setting tasks for the operations department based on market analysis and global trends - Drawing up a portrait of the target audience - analysis of customer behavior and requests - Team management and employee motivation - monitoring the implementation of plans, setting goals and objectives, structuring processes - Work with complaints and suggestions from customers, together with the operations department - Interaction with related departments in the company - coordination of the work of related departments when launching marketing campaigns - Organize promotion - monitor SMM, contextual advertising, quality of work of the media and bloggers, media and outdoor advertising

- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or a related field - 5+ years of experience in marketing roles, with at least 2 years in a managerial capacity - Strong understanding of marketing strategies - Proficiency with marketing platforms - Excellent verbal and written communication skills - Exceptional organizational, time-management, and leadership abilities - Creative thinker with analytical skills and a data-driven approach to problem solving - Fluent in Armenian, Russian, and English, with strong written and verbal communication skills in all three languages
