Agile Project Manager

- Manage the end-to-end delivery of agile projects, ensuring timely and high-quality outcomes - Facilitate all agile ceremonies, including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, sprint reviews, and retrospectives - Work closely with Product Owners to manage backlogs, prioritize tasks, and define clear user stories - Track project progress, remove impediments, and ensure team alignment with sprint goals - Communicate effectively with stakeholders, providing regular updates on progress, risks, and dependencies - Foster a culture of collaboration, accountability, and continuous improvement within the team - Support the implementation of agile best practices and contribute to department-wide agile maturity - Carry out other duties assigned by the immediate supervisor that align with the job description and comply with the labor code

- Bachelor’s degree in Business, IT, Engineering, or a related field - 1-2 years of experience in agile project management or team coordination roles - Agile certification, such as Certified Scrum Master (CSM), PMI-ACP, or equivalent, is preferred - Hands-on experience leading agile teams and delivering iterative projects - Solid understanding of Scrum, Kanban, or other agile frameworks - Ability to manage project timelines, scope, and deliverables in an agile environment - Experience in working with cross-functional teams and remote stakeholders is a plus - Strong communication and facilitation skills to coordinate across roles and functions - Excellent verbal and written communication skills in Armenian, Russian, and English - Proficient in Jira, Confluence, or other project tracking tools - Strong organizational and multitasking capabilities - Team-oriented mindset with a proactive approach - High emotional intelligence and adaptability - Resilient under pressure and solution-focused - Attention to detail and a passion for delivering value
